Cancellation policy

At HiPatch, we process orders quickly to ensure fast and reliable delivery for our customers. Because of this, we allow cancellations only within 1 hour of placing your order.

Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of completing your purchase.

  • After 1 hour, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be canceled.

How to Cancel

If you are still within the 1-hour window:

  1. Email our customer service team at Support@gethipatch.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.

  2. If the request is received within 1 hour, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund immediately.

 

Please note:

We cannot cancel or modify orders that have already been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed and you’re not satisfied, you can still take advantage of our [return/refund policy] (if applicable).
