At HiPatch, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Please review the information below regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Allergic Reactions
Your health and safety are extremely important to us.
If you experience any allergic reaction while using our products, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Please contact us at support@hipatch.com with detailed information and clear images of the reaction. Each case will be carefully reviewed, and we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Please note: customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list prior to use. HiPatch is not liable for personal allergies or sensitivities.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that every experience is unique. That’s why HiPatch offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after following the proper usage instructions, you may request a refund. Refunds under this guarantee will be issued minus a 20% processing fee and the shipping costs (including track & trace).
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HiPatch is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Options
• Partial Refund: Issued to the original payment method.
• Store Credit or Exchange: You may choose store credit or exchange the item for a product of equivalent value.
Chargeback Policy
Before opening a dispute or chargeback, please contact us directly at support@hipatch.com.
Our team typically responds within 24 hours with a fast resolution.
Opening a dispute through your bank or payment provider may delay the process by up to 90 days and may result in unnecessary fees.
If a chargeback is initiated, the refund process is paused until the review is completed, in accordance with banking and payment regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hipatch.com with the following:
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A photo of the shipping label
• A picture of the full package (if available)
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping details or tracking information have been provided.
Once your order has been dispatched or tracking has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.
To request cancellation, email us immediately at support@hipatch.com with your order number.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
For customers using HiPatch subscription services, the following rules apply:
• Cancellation Notice: Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
• How to Cancel: Email support@hipatch.com with your full name, subscription ID, and (optional) reason for cancellation.
• Refund Eligibility: Requests made within 14 days before renewal may only take effect in the next cycle and may not qualify for a refund.
• Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with this policy. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription.
• Store Credit/Exchange: You may choose to convert your subscription into store credit or exchange it for another product of equal value.
